When I write for this site, I rely on a set of tools that help me produce content more efficiently than usual.
The writing process usually begins when the Holy Spirit speaks to me, often during worship or prayer. I receive Bible verses throughout the day, which I jot down quickly. Then, twice a day, I try to bring order to the collection of verses. The Holy Spirit helps tremendously with that, and the Lord grants me wisdom in the process.
Once I have a general direction, I write the article as clearly as I can—referencing specific scriptures and details. I often copy and paste from my Bible study resources into my notes to save time instead of typing everything out.
When the rough draft is ready, I run it through GPT-4 to correct grammar, spelling, and to make the message more understandable.
Tools I Use:
- Bible Study (Olive Tree app): I use a wide range of Bibles and resources, including NASB, AMP, the Thompson Chain Reference, and many A.W. Tozer books.
- Apple Notes: All articles are initially drafted here. While I don’t use Apple’s AI, every article goes through GPT for final editing before being published.
- GPT-4: as mentioned above, and I use GPT for photographs. I used to by stock photos from Adobe Stock for articles, but most of what I was buying from Adobe was AI generated photos. So its cheaper just to have GPT make them myself, then always have exactly what I am looking for.
I often feel like Moses when I write—just with a bit more technology by my side. Without the help of GPT, this site would look very different. Thankfully, I don’t need forty days on the mountain for every article! But imagine it—forty days face to face with God. No distractions. No noise. Just the voice of El Shaddai echoing through the cloud and fire. What a wonder that must have been.

O El Shaddai, show us Your face. Let us not settle for words alone—draw us into the cloud of Your presence, that we may behold Your glory and walk with You, even now.
