Lukewarm

Rise into the Fullness of Faith

“Choose for yourselves this day whom you will serve… but as for me and my house, we will serve the Lord.” — Joshua 24:15 (AMP)

Beloved, hear what the Spirit is saying: God is not calling you to climb halfway. He is not pleased with lukewarm devotion, for the Lord of glory did not pour out His blood for mediocrity. He gave everything that we might live in the fullness of faith and wholly unto Him.

Many walk halfway up the mountain and pitch their tents there. They are no longer in the valley of open rebellion, but neither have they ascended into the holy place where the presence of God fills every breath. Like Israel standing at Sinai, they see the smoke and hear the thunder but dare not draw near. Yet the voice of Yeshua still calls: “Come up here!” (Revelation 4:1, NASB).

The blood of the Lamb was not spilled for a half-hearted Church. It was shed that we might be redeemed, sanctified, and filled with power from on high. “But you are a chosen race, a royal priesthood, a holy nation, a people for God’s own possession…” (1 Peter 2:9, NASB). This is not the language of mediocrity. It is the high calling of saints set apart in fullness of faith.

Let us not forget: “It is no longer I who live, but Christ lives in me.” (Galatians 2:20, NASB). If the risen King indwells you by His Spirit, how then can you be content with a life of shallow devotion and powerless ritual? The Holy Spirit is not a concept. He is a consuming fire. He leads us into all truth, convicts of sin, strengthens in weakness, and overflows with rivers of living water (John 16:13; Romans 8:26; John 7:38).

Tozer wrote rightly: “They are morally above the hardened sinner but spiritually beneath the shining saint.” But let the Word of God rebuke this halfway living. “I know your deeds, that you are neither cold nor hot; I wish that you were cold or hot. So because you are lukewarm… I will vomit you out of My mouth.” (Revelation 3:15–16, NASB).

You must choose. Choose today. As Joshua declared before the assembly, so now the Spirit presses upon the Church again: Choose whom you will serve. The cross demands your everything. The Spirit demands your yielding in fullness of faith. And God will not share His glory with lesser loves.

There is more in God than most dare to ask for. More love. More power. More holiness. “Draw near to God and He will draw near to you.” (James 4:8, NASB). But the halfway Christian will not draw near. He remains in the shadow, comforted by good reputation and empty religious habits. Do not be deceived: God is not mocked. What you sow, you will reap (Galatians 6:7).

El Shaddai has not changed. He still speaks in fire. He still shakes the heavens and the earth. He still fills the house where the saints gather with wind and glory (Acts 2:2–4). The difference is not in God—the difference is in us. Will we go beyond the threshold? Will we press in to know Him? “Let us press on to know the Lord. His going out is as certain as the dawn.” (Hosea 6:3, NASB) as we journey in the fullness of faith.

No more mediocrity. No more compromise. Let us throw off every weight and sin that so easily entangles, and run with endurance the race set before us (Hebrews 12:1). Let us be done with the praise of man, the fear of missing out, the paralysis of indecision. Let us burn for God.

Prayer:

Abba Father, we reject mediocrity in Your name. You are worthy of full devotion—not a portion, not a part. Cleanse us from half-heartedness. Burn away the dullness of routine. Ignite in us a hunger for Your presence that nothing else can satisfy. Fill us with Your Spirit, El Elyon, that we may serve You fully, walk in power, and reflect the image of Yeshua to a world in darkness in fullness of faith. We seek Your face—not just Your gifts—and we say with trembling hearts, “As for me and my house, we will serve the Lord.” Amen.

Come Out and Cleave

A Call to Holiness and Purity

This article, inspired by a call to holiness and purity, came from the Lord at a prayer meeting last night at Freedom Worship Center in West Bolyston.

Beloved, You were not made for the world. You were made for the King. Not for mixture, but for fire. Not for compromise, but for communion. Not to be used, but to belong—fully, joyfully, eternally—to Yeshua, your Bridegroom and King.

You are His Bride. And this is the season of engagement.

He is calling you to be set apart, adorned in holiness, washed in purity, and ready for the wedding supper of the Lamb.

Holiness: Set Apart for El Kadosh

“You shall be holy, for I the Lord your God am holy.”
— Leviticus 19:2, NASB

“But like the Holy One who called you, be holy yourselves also in all your behavior.”
— 1 Peter 1:15, NASB

Holiness means to be set apart for God alone.

It is not merely moral excellence—it is belonging. It is the divine seal of consecration, marking you for sacred service and intimate worship before El Kadosh, the Holy God.

For men, holiness confronts the sin of self-exaltation—the drive to be independent, powerful, and admired apart from God.

Lay down your ambition. The throne is already taken.

For women, holiness confronts the sin of idolatrous dependency—the pull to find identity, security, or approval in people or roles rather than in God.

Lay down your fears. The Bridegroom is your covering.

Holiness calls both to surrender.

Both: Belong wholly to the Lord.

Come out from what is common. Come into what is holy.

This is the first step of love: to leave all lesser things for the One who is worthy.

Purity: The Heart That Sees God

“Blessed are the pure in heart, for they shall see God.”

“Let us cleanse ourselves from all defilement of flesh and spirit, perfecting holiness in the fear of God.”
— 2 Corinthians 7:1, NASB

Life in the Father’s House
Talking with God face to face

Purity is the inward condition—a heart free from contamination, deception, and mixture. It is not naïve—it is clean. It is not weak—it is ready to see clearly, to worship without distortion, and to walk without stumbling.

Sin stains men most often through lust, anger, and unchecked appetite—the war of the flesh.

For women, impurity often enters through envy, insecurity, comparison, and emotional idolatry—the war of the soul.

But purity restores clarity and communion.

It is the fragrance of the Bride who keeps her lamp burning.

It is the scent of oil on the hair of the one who has sat at the Bridegroom’s feet.

Engaged to the Holy One

“I betrothed you to one Husband, to present you as a pure virgin to Christ.”
— 2 Corinthians 11:2, NASB

Church, you are not your own. You are not free to blend with the world, to flirt with Babylon, to taste both the cup of demons and the cup of the Lord. You are engaged—and engagement demands faithfulness.

You are not just waiting—you are preparing.

You are not watching the clock—you are watching the skies.

You are not making yourself relevant—you are making yourself ready.

This is the hour to return to your First Love.

To shed every garment stained with self, and be clothed in fine linen—bright, clean, and holy.

Cleave to the One Who Cleaves to You

“The one who joins himself to the Lord is one spirit with Him.”
— 1 Corinthians 6:17, NASB

This is not the time for divided loyalty or distracted hearts.

The world will demand your opinions. The enemy will provoke your flesh. But the Bridegroom calls you to cleave.

Cleave to Yeshua:

  • In worship, where no one sees.
  • In obedience, when no one agrees.
  • In love, when the fire costs you everything.

You were not saved for status. You were saved for union.

Abide Until the Wedding Comes

“And so we shall always be with the Lord.”
— 1 Thessalonians 4:17, NASB

Do not drift. Do not slumber. Abide. Abide in the Vine.

The banqueting house is prepared. The banner overhead is love. And the Bridegroom is nearer now than when you first believed.

This is the call:

  • Come out—into holiness.
  • Stay pure—guard your devotion.
  • Cleave—into covenant.
  • Abide—into eternal union.

Final Plea to the Bride

Holiness is your robe.

Purity is your fragrance.

Love is your oil.

You are not a slave. You are not a servant. You are not a platform. You are the Bride of Christ.

Return to your place. Return to your purpose. Come out, and cleave.

Sound the Shofar

Beloved, listen.

This is not just another message—this is a cry from the Spirit of the Living God. Open your heart. Don’t scroll past. Don’t silence the stirring. The time is too late and the hour too urgent. These words are not ink—they are fire. They are bread for the starving soul, water for the parched spirit. Eat. Listen. Engage. Heaven is calling, not with suggestion but with summons. The Lord is seeking those who will not harden their hearts but will tremble at His Word. Beloved, return. Return before the door shuts. Return before the harvest ends. Return while there is still breath in your lungs. This is for you. This is for now.

Lay it down.

All of it—the noise, the endless scrolling, the fear-soaked headlines, the idols of comfort and control. Lay down the false peace of passivity. Tear from your hands the chains of distraction. The world is loud, relentless, and poisoned with deception. But the voice of the Lord still thunders above it all. The Shepherd calls. The Spirit groans. And the Father waits.

Sound the mighty spiritual shofar! Not the trumpets of man, not the hollow horns of politics or media spin—but the true shofar of Heaven, the sound that shakes foundations and splits the sky. And today, let everyone hear the call to sound the shofar. Let it echo across the nations, from mountain to valley, from city to wilderness. Let the angels ready their ranks. Let the demons flee in terror. Let it be declared boldly to every principality in the air:

This world belongs to the Lord—and your time is short.

The throne of God is not up for debate. It cannot be silenced or censored. His kingdom does not rise and fall with human empires. The earth is the Lord’s, and all it contains, the world, and those who dwell in it (Psalm 24:1, NASB). And yet, so many have forgotten. We have traded His glory for entertainment. His truth for tolerance. His presence for convenience. The enemy has numbed the Church, lulled her into slumber with comforts, busyness, and fear. But the alarm is sounding—and it’s time to wake up.

You powers of the air—hear the sound!

Yeshua reigns. His cross crushed your authority. His resurrection sealed your defeat. And His Spirit now lives in us, the blood-bought, fire-baptized, uncompromising remnant. We are not afraid. We are not backing down. The King is coming, and His Bride is rising.

Today is the day.

Not next week. Not when it’s convenient. Not when the calendar clears or the kids are older or the crisis passes. Now. If you hear His voice today, do not harden your heart. You know the tug in your spirit—that’s God. You feel the ache in your chest—that’s your soul remembering its true home. You feel the heat in your bones—that’s the fire He wants to fan into flame.

The world is choosing. You must choose.

Will you serve the gods of the age—convenience, self, popularity—or will you stand in the fire and declare, “As for me and my house, we will serve the Lord” (Joshua 24:15, NASB)? The days of playing Church are over. We need consecrated hearts, holy lips, and knees that bend only to the King of Kings. We need altars, not stages. Repentance, not performance. Fire, not fog machines. Sound the shofar today to declare this transformation.

The spiritual shofar is not just a call to arms—it’s a call to surrender. To throw down your idols and come trembling to the mercy seat. To rend your heart and cry, “Create in me a clean heart, O God, and renew a steadfast spirit within me” (Psalm 51:10, NASB). You were not made for survival—you were made for glory. You were not saved to be silent—you were redeemed to roar.

So rise up, Church. Sound the shofar. Fall on your face. Cry out for mercy. Let the tears fall. Let the fire come.

Let your worship shake the heavens. Let your life echo with eternity.

Yeshua reigns. The King is coming. And we belong to Him.

Prayer

El Shaddai, sound the shofar of Heaven over our lives today. Tear through every layer of apathy and burn away what doesn’t belong. We lay down every idol, every distraction, every allegiance that isn’t to You. Let the kingdoms of this world tremble and the powers of darkness flee. Awaken Your Bride. Awaken me. Clothe us in righteousness, anoint us with boldness, and mark us with Your fire. We declare today: You reign, Yeshua. You alone.This is Your world. We are Your people. And this is the hour of Your glory.

In Your holy, powerful name—Amen.

More of Him, Less of Me: A Journey of Mercy, Holiness, and Renewal

I stand before you, a sinner saved by grace, humbled by the mercy of God that has carried me this far. Each day I seek His will, His purpose, and His clarity in my life, knowing that my strength is not enough. More of Him, less of me—this is the cry of my heart. I am desperate for the abiding presence of the Lord to fill every part of my life. I know this path requires sacrifice, ongoing sanctification, and a willingness to be changed from the inside out.

Please, I ask you to pray for me—a sinner in need of God’s transforming grace. May His Spirit renew me daily, that I might walk closer with Him, reflecting His holiness and living out His purpose with a heart fully devoted to Him.

Beloved, hear the call of the Lord to your heart today. His mercy is upon you, His holiness is before you, and His Spirit is within you, drawing you closer to Him. He is inviting you into a life where each step is taken in His grace and every breath is filled with His presence. God sees you—He knows your struggles, your hopes, and your fears, and He is offering you the opportunity to walk with Him, to be transformed by His love, and to find peace in His purpose for your life.

God’s mercy is not just for your past but for your present and your future. From Joseph in the pit to David in his failings, we see the Lord’s unending mercy reaching into the darkest places and bringing light. The steadfast love of the Lord never ceases; His mercies never come to an end (Lamentations 3:22). He knows where you’ve been, and He stands ready to forgive, restore, and lift you up again. In every moment of weakness, His mercy is new. Will you receive it today?

But His mercy comes with a call to change, to live differently. God calls us to holiness, to be set apart for Him. He says, Be holy, for I am holy (1 Peter 1:16). This isn’t about being perfect in your strength but about choosing each day to let God shape your life. He wants to fill you with more of Him and less of you. It’s a daily choice—less of your own will, more of His; less of your own desires, more of His purpose. As you surrender to His will, you will see that His ways are so much higher, so much better, than anything you could imagine.

God doesn’t just leave you to figure this out on your own. His Holy Spirit is at work in you, renewing you day by day. He who began a good work in you will carry it on to completion (Philippians 1:6). With each new day, the Holy Spirit is shaping you, renewing your mind, and transforming your heart. That restless feeling you’ve had? That’s the Spirit calling you forward, inviting you to trust more, to step deeper into the life God has for you. Will you let Him in? Will you let Him change you from the inside out?

This journey with God requires consecration, a setting apart of your life for Him. God doesn’t ask for a part of you—He wants all of you. He’s asking you to lay your life at His feet, not out of duty, but out of love. Present your body as a living sacrifice, holy and acceptable to God (Romans 12:1). This means every day you choose to give Him your thoughts, your actions, your plans. It’s the greatest act of love you can offer, to say, “Lord, less of me, more of You.”

But beloved, it must be done with your whole heart. God doesn’t desire half-hearted devotion. You shall love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your might (Deuteronomy 6:5). He’s calling you to lean in with all that you are—to trust Him fully, even when it’s hard. When you seek Him with your whole heart, you will find Him (Jeremiah 29:13). Every day, you get to choose to walk with Him, not in your own strength, but in His power.

This walk of faith is one of transformation, but it requires a willingness to change, to move forward, to let go of the old and embrace the new. God is with you, guiding your steps, renewing your mind, and filling your heart. Each day is an opportunity to say, “Less of me, Lord, and more of You.” With every surrender, with every act of faith, you are being made more like Him. You’re not just being led out of your past—you’re being led into His future for you, one filled with hope, purpose, and abundant life.

So today, as you hear His voice, choose to walk with Him. Surrender to His mercy, embrace His call to holiness, allow His Spirit to renew you, and consecrate yourself wholly to Him. Let your heart be fully His, knowing that in every step, He is making you more like Him.

Prayer:

Heavenly Father, today I come before You with a heart ready to be transformed. I thank You for Your unending mercy, for forgiving me and calling me into a life of holiness. I surrender myself to You, knowing that I cannot walk this journey alone.

Lord, renew me by Your Holy Spirit. Change my heart, my mind, and my desires. Create in me a clean heart, O God (Psalm 51:10), and fill me with the desire to follow You with all that I am. I choose today to walk in Your ways, trusting that You are leading me into a future filled with Your presence and purpose.

Lord, let there be less of me and more of You. As I offer myself to You, make me a vessel of Your love and holiness. Help me to walk each day with my whole heart devoted to You, confident that You are completing the work You began in me. I trust You with my life, knowing that Your plans for me are good.

In Jesus’ mighty name, I pray. Amen.
